Privacy policy

In short

The app works without an account and without asking for personal data. You only provide data if you choose to: when you sign in, when you turn on announcements, or when you send a message through the contact form. Your data is never sold and is not shared with third parties for advertising.

Data we process

• Account (optional). If you sign in with Apple, Google or e-mail, your name and e-mail address are stored through Google Firebase Authentication. Signing in is only needed for cloud favourites and reminders.
• Favourites. Kept on your device. If you are signed in they are also stored against your account so the same list appears on your other devices.
• Announcements. Notifications work with topic subscriptions (new releases, new videos, new shows). No personal identifier is sent to us for this.
• Show reminders. Scheduled entirely on your device as local notifications; nothing is sent to a server.
• Contact form. The name, e-mail address, subject and message you enter are delivered to the management by e-mail. Your IP address is held briefly in an automatic counter to prevent spam.
• Server logs. Requests to berkaysahin.com.tr are recorded in standard web server logs (IP, time, requested address) for security and fault analysis.

Third-party services

• Apple Music / iTunes. The discography and the 30-second previews are served by Apple.
• YouTube. Videos are embedded through youtube-nocookie.com, which sets fewer cookies.
• Google Firebase. Sign-in, cloud favourites and notification delivery.
• Resend. Delivers contact form messages by e-mail.

Each of these providers processes data under its own privacy policy.

How long data is kept

Account data and cloud favourites are kept until you delete your account. Contact messages are kept as long as needed to answer them and for the management’s own records. Spam counters expire within minutes; server logs are kept for a short technical period.

Your rights

You may ask what data is held about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and withdraw your consent. Write to info@grknstudios.co.uk; requests are answered within 30 days. You can delete your account yourself at any time — see the account deletion page.

Children

The app is suitable for all ages, but personal data is not knowingly collected from children. If we learn that a child’s data has been processed, we delete it.
