Delete your account
How to permanently delete your Berkay app account and the data stored in the cloud.

Delete from the app (fastest)
- Open the More tab.
- Tap the account card at the top and open My account.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
- If some time has passed since your last sign-in, you are asked to sign in again for security. If you used Sign in with Apple, the Apple token is revoked as well.
The account is deleted immediately; the action cannot be undone.
What is deleted, what remains
- Deleted: your account record (name, e-mail, sign-in method) and the favourites stored in the cloud against it.
- Stays on your device: the local favourites list and your language choice. Removing the app from the device clears these too.
- Not covered: messages you already sent through the contact form, because they are ordinary e-mails held by the management. Ask us separately if you want them removed.
Request deletion by e-mail
If you cannot open the app, write to info@grknstudios.co.uk from the e-mail address registered to the account, with the subject “Delete account”. To be able to identify the account, please include the e-mail address you signed in with. Requests are completed within 30 days.
After deletion
You do not need to remove the app: without an account you can keep using all music, video and show content. You are free to create a new account later.
